What is personal data
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Which personal information do we collect
We mainly process contact information of our customers and the data made available to us by our customers, which may include personal information, for the purpose of creating an Interactive Brochure for our customers.
As the data controller, we also process contact information of our customers’ suppliers and business partners provided by our customers within the scope of a cooperation agreement for creating a co-branded Interactive Brochure.
When you apply for jobs online whether unsolicited or for vacant posts, we also collect the personal information you provide us with when you fill in forms, do tests or upload your application.
Furthermore, we collect data about how visitors use our online platforms through your IP address, information about your browser settings, and how your operating system uses the platforms. This information is processed for the legal basis "legitimate interest" and is used to develop online features and content.
How do we use your personal information
The information we collect from you can be used for any of the following purposes:

We use your and your suppliers’ and business partners’ data to create a high-quality brochure for you.
To give you a more personalized service
Your information helps us better meet your individual needs. If you have enabled cookies in your browser, that information can be used to be able to provide a personalized user experience.
To improve and optimize our online platforms
We are constantly striving to improve our online platforms based on your information and views.
To improve our customer service
Your information helps us provide you with more efficient products, services and support.
Who do we share your personal information with
We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties. We may transfer your personal information to trusted third parties that help us run online platforms, conduct our business, deliver the Interactive Brochure you order or provide services, as long as these parties agree to keep the information confidential and not use it for other purposes than agreed upon. We may also disclose your personal information if we find it necessary in order to comply with statutory requirements, maintain the online platforms' policies or protect our or others' rights, property, or security.
We have agreements with third party service providers to help us maintain and develop our online platforms. These service providers are not allowed to use the information they collect on our behalf for anything other than helping us operate and improve our business.
Cookies are small files that our online platforms or service providers send to the hard disk of your computer through the browser (if you allow) and which cause the site to recognize your browser and retrieve and remember certain information.
Cookies are also used for communication purposes to improve our customer communication and online platform analytics. Cookies tell us which sites our online platform users have visited; help us measure and target our advertising and marketing activities as well as identify search results through internet search engines; and provide us with information about our users so that we can improve our online services.
If you have enabled cookies in your browser, your cookie information can be used to improve our communication with you through emails, newsletters, etc.

How long do we keep collected personal information
Customers, customers’ suppliers and business partners and potential customers
In general, this means that we keep collected personal information for 36 months after last contact – and we will keep collected personal invoice information for 10 years due to the Finnish accounting law.
In general, this means that we keep collected personal information for 6 months after last contact.
Your personal rights
You are entitled to request access to the personal information we have about you. You also have the right to request that incorrect information about you shall be corrected as well as the right to request removal of your personal information. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal information concerning you and to prohibit the use of your personal information for direct marketing purposes.

We have implemented security measures to ensure that our internal procedures meet our high security policy standards. Accordingly, we use our best endeavors to protect the quality and integrity of your personal information.
